VISBAR: Who are you?
Our reality may appear lucid and unchanging to us, so we trust our intuition, instincts, and ability to pick up on nuances. But we often don’t realise that our understanding of others, no matter how intimate the relationship may seem, is – and will always remain – dubious and clouded in layers of insecurities and personal deference. Human nature is so misguiding, full of pretense and complex that sometimes, we even lose sight of ourselves.
What do we have to do to fully experience the undiluted spirit of another person, if that’s even possible? How do we see the world they see and feel the emotions they feel? And when we do cross that threshold, does it mean that you’re one and the same?
