Another month has flown, whizzed, sonic blasted by. Things have been changing - a lot of firsts and some lasts. I've recently started a full-time job, so I'm finally feeling more settled in. Routine is truly undervalued, which I've come to learn. I've really enjoyed the having more of a schedule and a direction, albeit value, for the near future. Just trying to take everything as it comes, one step at a time.

One thing I will say about working life and settling down, after what feels like years of feverishly running around with no end in sight, is that it - like most other occasions in life - feels anti-climatic. I've found this to be the case as I get older. Every passing event in which we categorise as momentous seems more and more just what it is - a mere day-to-day. I sometimes wonder if I'll ever be able to again capture the excitement of the first day of school, first time seeing St Andrews, first time. I guess it's that hope of finding that feeling again that pushes us to go to new places and try new things.

I have some really exciting plans for this blog and will definitely be posting more regularly. Hopefully I'll have the time to get things started ASAP. In the meantime, I just want to share some everyday photos I've taken recently.
